From the M4/Windsor
Leave the M4 at Junction 6, head for Windsor, and follow signs for Old Windsor and Staines and Egham, the A308. After crossing the Great Park with a view on Windsor Castle on your left take a right at the roundabout signed for Old Windsor, entering Old Windsor as you leave the roundabout. Follow the road for just over a mile, eventually picking up the river on your left side. At a mini roundabout turn right into Priest Hill, the A328. Turn almost immediately right into Burfield Road, and then soon after, after a speed bump, turn left into Beaumont Estate.
From the M3/A30/M25
(Note there is no exit from the M25 at Egham/Old Windsor, exit at Junction 13 and double-back on A30 towards Egham then follow directions below from the M25 roundabout).
M3/A322 at Junction 3 on the weekend (from 9 pm Friday through Sunday) of the convention the junction is closed with a significant diversion backtracking via Lightwater, across the motorway and back up through Bagshot and the A30. Suggest you continue to Junction 2, go on M25 clockwise for 1 junction (junction 13), follow signs for Egham and then come in via A308 as below.
Leaving the M3 at Junction 3 take the A30 London bound for about 7 miles, until passing through the outskirts of Egham. At the M25 roundabout (entry to M25 only) at the end of the dual carriageway take the first left onto the A308 signposted for Windsor. After about a mile and three quarters turn left at a mini roundabout into Priest Hill, the A328. Turn almost immediately right into Burfield Road and then soon after, after a speed bump, turn left into Beaumont Estate.
In the grounds of Beaumont Estate
Follow the road to a roundabout; take a left turn following signs for Reception. If there is space you can park temporarily outside Reception, moving your car once registered. If there is not space please park in one of the car parks past Reception and walk to Reception.
In Reception the Lions desk will register you both for the Convention and also with the hotel. You do not need to see the Beaumont staff unless you wish to set up an account to charge to your room. Ask the Lions desk about that once you have registered.
